Ikoyi

RESIDENTIAL

Most of Nigeria upper class families and executives have had a home in Ikoyi making it the most expensive neighbourhood in Africa. Quiet and mostly residential, Ikoyi is the perfect location for families and individuals who make privacy and luxury living a priority. Originally composed of colonial single family residences with large gardens, the neighborhood is now seeing the emergence of impressive modern high rise fully service buildings. Ikoyi is comprised of 4 major private estates: Parkview, Banana Island, Osborne Foreshore Phase 1 and Osborne Foreshore Phase 2.

COMMERCIAL

Ikoyi is still mostly residential with old-school colonial homes still being used as offices. Ikoyi has recently seen spring impressive grade A buildings on its main commercial streets such as Kingsway road, Glover road or Banana Island Commercial Area. Its proximity to executives accommodations and easier access to the airport makes it one of the best place for professional services companies.
