Oniru (also Maroko) is a gated neighbourhood between Victoria Island and Lekki 1. Predominantly residential with small compounds and few townhouses most of which have been recently built, Oniru is also home to shopping malls, hotels and entertainment venues.

Oniru commercial real estate mostly comprises retail and hospitality spaces with Nigeria's historic first grade A shopping mall and numerous mini malls. On the hospitality side, Oniru is home to several international hotels such as Four Points Sheraton of The Oriental Hotel.
